Becoming Craftspeople of Human Connection

JOIN OUR MANAGERIAL INTERVISION PROGRAM

A space to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the meaning of your role.

For a long time, the manager's mission boiled down to 'getting results.' The team was just a means to an end, a resource to be optimized. Then the game changed: people became the heart of performance. The manager's real deliverable is no longer a flawless Excel spreadsheet, but a lively, confident team capable of cooperation and innovation.

Managers are now seeing a growing portion of their tasks delegated to algorithms—but their relational, symbolic, and ethical role has never been more crucial. In this uncertain and technological world, being a manager means becoming a craftsperson of human connection once again. And that is precisely what this intervision cycle aims to achieve: to provide a space for peers to talk and listen, to take a step back, share experiences, revisit their doubts and strengths, and rediscover the pleasure of exercising fair and inspiring influence.

Through authentic exchanges, each participant will be able to explore their own managerial stance—between convictions and constraints, personal aspirations and the realities on the ground. We will forge sincere bonds by talking about shared governance as well as the fear of imposture, internal politics and vocation.

What This Peer Intervision Offers

  • Explore in depth the assumptions underlying your managerial stance.

  • (Re)discover alignment between your vocation and your contribution to the world.

  • Develop your servant leadership stance—without subservience or dogmatism.

  • Experiment with original collaborative management practices.

  • Understand how new technologies, including AI, are redefining your role as a humanistic manager.
