Why Equis?

Our trainings do not serve the typical bland managerial recipes which some CEOs wants their staff to swallow without respecting them themselves. Informed by our own experience as manager and the study of great, timeless, philosophers and of the best current leadership scholars (such as Harvard’s Ronald Heifetz and Joseph Badarraco Jr.), our trainings invite participants to question their practices and those of their organization, and to adopt real changes in their posture and ways of working.
