Selected Assignments

  • Executive Committee Facilitation

    Facilitated the executive meetings of a large worldwide chemical company in order to agree on a new strategy, with a particular focus on the IT budget and investments to be shared by the different countries. The facilitation helped leaders navigate organizational transformation while maintaining personal equilibrium.

  • Collaborative Posture Guidance

    Mentored for the last 3 years the CEO, the members of the Executive Committee (individually and in group) of a Service Company in Luxemburg. We worked mainly on the posture change required from the CEO and the Exec Team Members in order to facilitate the implementation of a collaborative governance. This led to changes in the composition of the Executive Committee and to an impressive change in the posture and roles of the CEO.

  • Startup Founder Support

    Accompany for the last 2 years the founder of a fintech in France. Together we co-developed the business strategy, attracted strategic partners and investors. The startup has now signed with major clients and developed and launched a new financial product in partnership with a global financial actor.

  • Cross-cultural Facilitation

    We currently prepare and facilitate executives meetings with members from distinctive cultures (helped bridge their differences), such as the Worldwide Tech Office of a Global OEM Manufacturer. Objectives are to agree upon a clear Glocal strategy, with clear roles & responsibilities and decision-making process for HQ, the Tech Office and the manufacturing regions.
